Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging. Just email us at info@m1nt.dk, and we'll sort it out.
Do you ship outside Denmark?
Yes, we ship all over Europe, but for now we do not offer worldwide shipping. We're expecting to offer that in the future.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a second email with tracking details as soon as your package ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or write us at info@m1nt.dk.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship fast (usually within 24 hours), so contact us as quickly as possible at info@m1nt.dk. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it. If it's already on its way, you can use our 30-day return policy instead.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Send us a photo of the damage and your order number at info@m1nt.dk within a few days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Your cards deserve better, and so do you.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?
If there's a delay or an item turns out to be out of stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund - your choice.

Do your products fit graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS)?
Most of our products are designed to fit PSA specifications exactly. Some components, like the box and suitcase inner lining, are made of foam and have a bit of flexibility to accommodate slight variations. If you're unsure whether something will fit, please check with our team first.
Will the products scratch or damage my cards?
No — protecting your cards is the whole point. Our products are designed so your cards and slabs sit securely without pressure or friction on the surface.
