Order processing
We ship orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We don't ship to other countries yet.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays and out-of-stock items
If an order is delayed or an item is out of stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible with alternatives or a full refund.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless otherwise agreed. See our refund policy for details.
